In Rabindranath's Balaka poem, dynamism is clearly mentioned. Everything in the world is constantly changing and evolving through motion. The world is doing everything for the sake of evolution. The tree blooms beautifully, making honey from the flowers to attract the butterflies to pollinate. As a result, people bring sweetness as if they eat it and sow seeds. Coconut is wrapped around it as if it is floating on the sea or river bank and becomes a new coconut tree in a new place. Cotton is wrapped in the seedlings of Shimul as if the seeds fly in the air and seedlings grow in the new soil.

We are the human race and our industry is also evolving.

Remember the Kodak company?

In 1998, Kodak had about 160,000 employees.

There is no work for new lawyers in America today, because a legal software called IBM Watson can advocate much better than any new lawyer. Thus in the next 10 years about 90% of Americans will have no more jobs. The remaining 10% will survive. This 10% will be specialized.

New doctors are also sitting to go to work. Software called Watson can detect cancer and other diseases 4 times more accurately than humans. By 2030, computer intelligence will surpass human intelligence.

If you need a car, you have to ask for a car from a software like Uber. And within a few minutes of asking for a car, a completely driverless car will come and stand in front of your door. If you travel in the same car with many people, the per capita car rental will be less than the bike.

Driving without a driver will reduce the number of accidents by 99%. And that's why car insurance will stop and car insurance companies will all go up.

Things like driving will no longer survive on earth. When 90% of the vehicles disappear from the road, there will be no need for traffic police and parking staff.

Think about it, even 5-10 years ago there were STD booths at street corners. After the advent of mobile revolution in the country, all these STD booths were forced to close down. The ones that survived became mobile recharge shops. Then came the online revolution in mobile recharge. People started recharging their mobiles online from home. These recharge shops then had to be replaced again. They are now just buying and selling mobile phones and repair shops. But that too will change very soon. The definition of money is also changing. Once upon a time cash has become “plastic money” in today’s era. The era of credit cards and debit cards was a few days ago. Now that too is changing and the era of mobile wallet is coming. Paytm's booming market, one click of the mobile money.

For those who cannot change with age, age removes them from the earth. So keep changing with the era.
