What kind of animal is a monkey?
Monkeys are primates, and primates are mammals that have hair, are warm-blooded, and give birth to babies. Monkeys use fingers and thumbs to hold objects and move through branches of trees. Apes and monkeys are often mistaken for one another because they belong to the same family.
