Last 27th May 2021, we organized a training workshop on how to become MIE and MIE-Expert on behalf of WE - Bangladesh Chapter. I, Mamtaz Rokshana Akhter from Bangladesh and Priyanka N Srivastava from India were in charge of this training. I have tried to show you very nicely what we need to do to be a MIE-Expert. If you want to apply for MIE-Expert this year, you need to watch the whole video and practice and understand how to do all the steps smoothly. We must first remember that to be an MIE Expert, you must first be a CMIE. And to be MIE you need to have an account in Microsoft. And you will get your idea through skin share. I have carefully passed all the steps required to become a MIE-Expert. Also I use different tools of Microsoft in classroom, again for different training work, like when I call this meeting but I don't use google form, I use Microsoft form, also you have one drive, Flipgrid, Bunche Microsoft team etc. You can use Microsoft tools. If you practice Microsoft courses well and get to the quiz over time, your professional skills will be much stronger. However, you have to get 80% marks in the quiz. If you do one course you will get 500 points and if you do two you will get 1000 points. After doing two courses you will be MIE, the next step is to do all the rest of the work to become an expert. Periodically I have had the good fortune to become an expert myself 4 times. It is not difficult to complete the course and all the tasks with a little time and desire.
