Classroom management technique-1 (Getting attention)

Assalamualaikum,
I am Lutfor Rahman Assistant Teacher of Kundarampur Government Primary School, Ghoraghat, Dinajpur. I am an English Master Trainer of TMTE.
In my English I applied a very useful classroom management technique that is very useful to maintain classroom management. When I conducted my class the students created a chaotic situation and making noise every now and then. In this situation, I applied my own classroom management command and it worked.

Classroom management technique-1
When the students made noise and created chaotic situation in the class then I command or tell the students "1,2,3'' after listening this the students will say ""Look at you sir" The students become more attentive in the class after applying this technique.
I think If we apply this technique it will be very helpful to reduce the teachers talking time in the class. Teacher will say only 1 2 3 and the students will be attentive for the class.
