শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে বুলিং /র‍্যাগিং বন্ধ এবং প্রতিরোধ কমিটি গঠন, Formation of bullying/ragging stop and prevention committee in educational institutions দেশের সব সরকারি- বেসরকারি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানে বুলিং ও র‍্যাগিং প্রতিরোধ কমিঠি গঠনের নির্দেশ দিয়েছে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রালয়। নীতিমালায় কোনো শিক্ষার্থীকে ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে ক্ষতিকর বা বেদনাদায়ক বা আক্রমনাত্মক ব্যবহার ব্যঙ্গ করে ডাকা, কুরুচিপূর্ণ অঙ্গভঙ্গি করা, মানসিক ও শারীরিক নির্যাতন করা বুলিং বা র‍্যাগিং এর আওতায় পড়ে। প্রতিরোধে কমিটি গঠন, পর্যবেক্ষণ, অভিযোগ বাক্স রাখার নির্দেশনা প্রদান করেছে শিক্ষা মন্ত্রালয়।
