The Directorate of Primary Education has released the DPE Admit Card 2016 for candidates who applied for the Computer Typist and Accounts Assistant posts under the 2016 recruitment circular. After a long wait of more than nine years, the authority has finally confirmed the exam schedule and made the admit card available online. This update has brought relief to thousands of job seekers who were waiting for official instructions.

According to the official notice, the written MCQ examination will be held on December 26, 2025. Candidates who completed the online application process between October 10 and October 30, 2016 are eligible to take part in the exam. The recruitment circular was originally published on October 3, 2016, and it covers a total of 348 posts, including 184 Office Assistant Cum Computer Typist positions and 164 Accounts Assistant positions.

The DPE 2016 Admit Card can be downloaded only from the official website dper2016.teletalk.com.bd. Candidates need to log in using their User ID and Password that were provided during the application process. Once logged in, the admit card will show the candidate’s roll number, exam center, reporting time, and other important instructions. No admit card will be sent by post, and entry to the exam hall without a printed admit card will not be allowed.

The authority has advised candidates to download the admit card early and check all information carefully. If there is any mistake in the name, photograph, or exam center details, candidates should contact the relevant authority without delay. Candidates are also instructed to reach the exam center at least 30 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card.

The written exam will be conducted in MCQ format. Candidates who pass the written test may be called for further steps, including practical tests and viva voce, depending on the post. The final selection will be made based on performance in all stages of the recruitment process.
