Introduction:- Teaching is a noble profession, but it is full of challenges. A teacher is not only responsible for delivering lessons but also for shaping students’ character, mindset, and future. In the classroom, students come with different abilities, behaviours, and backgrounds. Along with this, modern technology, changing curricula, parental expectations, and administrative pressure create additional challenges. A successful teacher does not avoid these difficulties; rather, he accepts them with confidence and professionalism. Through patience, proper planning, and a positive attitude, a teacher can effectively handle all types of challenges and ensure fruitful teaching and learning.
