Primary Pedagogy!

I am a small learner in this vast world. I may not have great abilities, but I have a strong desire to learn. As an ordinary teacher, I feel deeply for my students. Not only my own students—every child has a place in my limited yet sincere heart.

I believe that teaching is not only about qualifications or skills. It is mainly about understanding students—knowing who they are, how they learn, and how to approach them. How I teach matters more than what I teach.

That is why pedagogical knowledge is an essential part of teaching. I may be wrong, but this is what I truly believe. With proper pedagogy, we can guide our students toward their destination.

So, let us increase our patience, enrich our knowledge, and touch the hearts of the little treasures who surround us every day from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
