Cantonment Public School and College, Rangpur — My Journey, My Vision, My Future

I am Md. Mainul Islam, a proud teacher of Cantonment Public School and College, Rangpur. Teaching is not only my profession; it is my lifelong passion, responsibility, and identity. Over the years, my journey in education has been shaped by dedication, discipline, and an unshakable belief in the power of learning to transform lives.

From 2022 to 2026, I have been consecutively selected as the Best Teacher of Rangpur District, a recognition that humbly reflects my continuous efforts and commitment. Moreover, in 2024 and 2026, I was honored as the Best Teacher of Rangpur Division, which stands as one of the most meaningful achievements of my career. Being repeatedly selected inspires me to work harder, remain sincere, and aim even higher. My heartfelt aspiration is to represent Rangpur proudly and, one day, be recognized as the Best Teacher of Bangladesh.

Academically, I have completed Double M.A. in English, securing First Class, along with B.Ed. and M.Ed., both in First Class. My academic foundation is further strengthened by my work on Basic Oxford Foundation Grammar, and I am the author of a well-known book titled “The King of Spoken English”, which has helped many learners gain confidence and fluency.

Alongside teaching Spoken English, I regularly contribute socially conscious articles to newspapers and magazines, reflecting my belief that a teacher must also serve society through thought and voice. With more than 25 years of teaching experience, I have taught thousands of students, guiding them not only academically but also morally and mentally.

Looking to the future, my desire is simple yet profound: to continue serving education with honesty, innovation, and compassion. I believe that true success lies in shaping enlightened human beings, and I remain committed to that mission with unwavering hope and determination.
