Bangladesh is a newly born country in the south Asia. The educational system of our heart touching country is very poor and low. Educationally we are really very backward in the world.  Most of the people in our country are uneducated and illiterate. Highly qualified persons are not interested in teaching. Universally general people are connected with teaching and the salary systems of our country for the teachers are not satisfactory and praiseworthy.

 It is a common saying that teachers are poor and they do not lead a standard life. Most of the new generations hardly want to be teachers in our country. There are a few qualified students who like to be teachers in their life. But we know and believe that teaching is a noble profession. In our life we want to be good teachers but we hardly know what the myth is to be a good teacher. How can we become good teachers? In this concerning issue, I try to indentify the qualities of a profound teacher.  My view points about an inborn & renowned teacher are that generally an inborn teacher is born but not made him."  Responsibilities of teachers:

It is essential to ensure the proper training skills, status and accountability of all teachers from the primary to university levels. There will be a system of continual evaluation in this regard. A high-powered committee having representatives from all institutions concerned will be formed to make recommendations for all levels of education regarding the two points stated above
