POEM: Life is like a flower – by Roshana Phillips/

Life is like a flower

---Roshana Phillips

Life is like a flower
When you don't know that hour
You stood so bold and tall
Then within a blink you fall
And all your hope was gone.

Life is like a movie

Where there are many scenes
Some scary, some not
Some cold, some hot
The scenes are the road to success
And the climax is when YOU get there
Being hopeful and perseverous in all those stress
That turns out to be a bless.

Abyev`

C) Express my feelings

This poem uses simple, powerful images to show what life is like. Comparing life to a flower reminds us of how quickly things can change. One moment, we may feel strong and full of hope, but suddenly, things can fall apart. Yet, like a flower that stands tall, it’s a reminder to make the most of each moment while we can. Then, the poem compares life to a movie with different scenes—some are tough, others are easier. Each scene shows us that life is made up of highs and lows. But if we keep going, stay hopeful, and work hard through the tough parts, it all leads to a happy ending. In the end, every struggle helps us become stronger, turning challenges into blessings.
