Kinds of Sentence
A sentence is a group of words that expresses a complete thought or meaning. It usually contains a subject and a verb. Sentences help us communicate our ideas, feelings, questions, commands, and wishes clearly. According to meaning, sentences are mainly five types: assertive, interrogative, imperative, optative, and exclamatory.
