The educational institutions are closed due to COVID-19's outbreak and our tender learners are confined now in four walls. No school, no school programs, no going out of home and in such a situations they have to observe this Pahela Baishakh, the first day of Bangla New Year,1427. That's why I have made it for the learners around the world. Although the language is my native tongue, Bangla, dear learners from all over the world are touched in my wishes.
